Wear the device on both ankles or lower legs for balance, walking, and everyday mobility — or on your forearms for reaching and grasping.
After setup, secure it with the adjustable band: smooth side to skin, control module facing away from the body. Can be worn over thin socks or light clothing.

We want to help you get the best experience from the Proprio System, so we offer a 30-day return policy with guidance and assistance along the way. Wear it for 30 days, check in with us, and if we’re not able to help you see results, send it back for a $429 refund.
Step-by-Step
Wear your devices for the majority of each day for 30 consecutive days. If you see no results, contact us during those 30 days so we can understand your concerns and help you make changes to get improvement. The reason we ask you to check in with us during the 30 days is that results can depend on factors such as fit, placement, wear time, and app settings and we’re here to help you work through those details.
If you’ve completed the wear period, worked with our team on setup and troubleshooting, and still see no improvement, we will send return instructions. Once we receive your system, we’ll refund $429 of your $499 purchase price. The remaining $70 is nonrefundable because the wearable components cannot be reused or resold after use for hygiene reasons.

How do I get started using my new device?
Download the free app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. Follow the instructions in the box to set it up using the app, making sure you do not feel the vibration when wearing it. More is not better!

How long should I wear it? What is the battery life?
The Proprio System should be worn all day every day to support balance and mobility. Battery life averages 14–15 hours at a 50% level — longer with lower settings and a shorter time when used above 50%.
Is it waterproof? Can I wear it in the rain or shower?
This system is water resistant, not waterproof. It should not be submerged in water. If you need to wear it in the rain, just dry off when you come inside. Do not wear in the shower, bathtub or swimming pool.
How do I set the intensity?
Vibration is adjusted in the free Accelera app to a subsensory level you cannot consciously feel. More is not better — follow the in-app instructions to find your level.

What is the device warranty?
Accelera provides a limited 1-year warranty for the electronics portion of the device, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, modification, or unauthorized repair.
Bands have a 90-day warranty, and users should expect to replace bands as they become worn. Warranty claims for bands will only be honored for defects in materials and workmanship, not wear and tear or user damage. Wear and tear or user damage will not be considered. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.
Do not attempt to open, modify, or repair the device. Internal servicing is not user-permissible and may compromise safety. If the device is damaged, not working as intended, or experiences persistent issues, discontinue use and contact Accelera Support for assistance.
