Wear the device on both ankles or lower legs for balance, walking, and everyday mobility — or on your forearms for reaching and grasping.
After setup, secure it with the adjustable band: smooth side to skin, control module facing away from the body. Can be worn over thin socks or light clothing.

What is it?

The device is charged as needed with the included USB-C charger, and output is controlled with a free app download to your phone or tablet.

How do I get started using my new device?
Download the free app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. Follow the instructions in the box to set it up using the app, making sure you do not feel the vibration when wearing it. More is not better!
Where do I wear it?

How long should I wear it? What is the battery life?
The Proprio System should be worn all day every day to support balance and mobility. Battery life averages 14–15 hours at a 50% level — longer with lower settings and a shorter time when used above 50%.
Is it waterproof? Can I wear it in the rain or shower?
This system is water resistant, not waterproof. It should not be submerged in water. If you need to wear it in the rain, just dry off when you come inside. Do not wear in the shower, bathtub or swimming pool.
How do I set the intensity?
Vibration is adjusted in the free Accelera app to a subsensory level you cannot consciously feel. More is not better — follow the in-app instructions to find your level.

What is the return policy?
If you have read our FAQ on how this device works and still have questions on whether this may work for you, please reach out to discuss your individual situation. The Proprio System comes in a pair for $499. If you wear it for 30 days consecutively for a majority of the day and see no results, and we have not been able to help you make changes to get improvement, then you may return it and receive $429 back once we have confirmed receiving your return. The Proprio System includes wearable components that cannot be reused or resold after use for hygiene reasons. For this reason, eligible returns receive a refund of $429 rather than the full purchase price. Returns will not be processed for anyone who has not contacted us for setup help or who has not worn it consecutively for 30 days.
